Angelina Jolie called for help from the international community to the flood victims of Pakistan
34 news; Angelina Jolie, a famous Hollywood actress and Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, on a trip to Pakistan, while visiting the flood victims of this country, asked the international community to assist the flood victims in Pakistan.
After visiting the flooded areas of Pakistan’s Sindh province, Ms. Jolie said: “I have never seen anything like this, I am affected, many children are malnourished and many people need urgent help.” It should be mentioned that the flood victims in Pakistan are living in temporary camps and tents on the roadsides and are waiting for help.
Meanwhile, according to the United Nations report, the recent unprecedented floods in Pakistan have caused huge loss of life and financial losses which affected 33 million people in this country.
