A girl was shot dead in Herat Province

Local sources in Herat say that the body of a girl was found in the Jibril area, in the 13th district of the provincial capital.

The source said that the body of this girl, who seems to be 17 years old, was found this morning (Monday, 30th of Joza) in the Qaim Chahar Jibreel neighborhood inside a sack on the roof of a house. According to the source, the owner of the house expresses ignorance about this matter.

Eyewitnesses have said that a bullet was shot in the face of this girl. And so far the motive of this murder is not clear.

The security officials of the Taliban in Herat have not said anything in this regard so far.
