It should be noted that an explosion occurred in a busy market in Ghani Khel district of Nangarhar province around 9:00 am today.
Maulvi Siddiqullah, Ghani Khel district governor, said that this incident was caused by the explosion of a stick mine on the car of the health director of this district.
Also, Qari Hanif, head of information and culture of Nangarhar, said that as a result of this incident, 2 civilians were killed and about 28 others were injured.
According to him, the injured of this incident, including children, have been transferred to the hospital.
